As a long-time supporter of the LeBron James Family Foundation and its efforts in Northeast Ohio, we are thrilled to announce JPMorgan Chase & Co as the Presenting Partner of this year’s "We Are Family Reunion." As part of this commitment to LJFF’s annual event at Cedar Point, a blue army of more than 200 Northeast Ohio Chase employees will assist with check-in and serve as the front line communication between the estimated 7,000 LJFF students and family members during the Family Reunion. Rooted in their shared commitment to the local communities they serve, this announcement expands on the existing, difference-making partnership JPMC has with LJFF that is directly shaping and impacting the lives of our students.
As part of its long-term commitment to LJFF, JPMC is also supplying the state-of-the-art tracking technology designed and customized to monitor all LJFF students’ progress on their path to earning their four-year scholarships to The University of Akron. A product of Chase’s Force for Good efforts, the technology has been in development for two years and will be ready for our first class of students when they enter high school and will be a valuable asset for them to self-report.
It takes a community effort to create change, and we are thankful to have such an amazing partner in Chase. Without their commitment to our kids, the support and enrichment we are able to provide for our kids would not be possible. More than a partner, they are family.
With their help, this year’s We Are Family Reunion Presented by Chase is sure to be another amazing and memorable event for our students and their families.
