LeBron Message | All-Star 2017

Hey,

I can’t believe I’m at the midpoint of the season already. Do you guys feel like your school year is flying by? I can’t believe it, but in a few months, my Class of 2021 will be in high school… which reminds me… I’m getting older!

Big shout out to everyone involved in Mr. J’s mentorship program at Litchfield and our new Hard Work Club. We create these programs for you guys. If there is anything we can do better, please call the office or tell my team at the next event.

Soon I’ll be heading to New Orleans for the All-Star game, an honor I’m proud to share with my teammates Kev and Kyrie. This is my 13^th All-Star selection but it’s still special to me. I hope you guys feel the same way about being in this program. I hope that, even when you guys are seniors in high school, being called a "LeBron kid" makes you proud.

On Sunday night as our National Anthem plays, I’ll be standing at center court with a star on my chest. That star is for you guys, my All-Stars. You’re getting older, taller, smarter, and more responsible, but you will always be my kids.
